Christelle Vangenot

Biologist and computer scientist, I am currently doing a PhD whose objective is the analysis of molecular diversity of different genetic systems (MHC and NAT genes) in western chimpanzees.
My main scientific interest is study the diversity of these two gene families through a population approach using data on both chimpanzee cohorts and human populations.
With this approach, I sought to provide a deeper insight into the molecular evolution of these two gene families.
