Christelle Vangenot

Biologist and computer scientist, I am interested in the molecular diversity of different genetic systems (MHC and NAT genes) in western chimpanzees.
My main scientific interest is study the diversity of these two gene families through a population approach using data on both chimpanzee cohorts and human populations.
With this approach, I sought to provide a deeper insight into the molecular evolution of these two gene families.

olution of these two gene families.
